Mr. Ganesh did his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engg. from Anna University, Chennai in 1994. For the last 30 years he has worked in Foundries at various functions namely Quality, Materials and R & D etc. Presently he is responsible for all Quality activities in the organisation. His responsibility includes foundry and customer rejection reduction to the targeted levels, managing the quality system (TS 16949) which includes Products and process audits, implementation and improving shop floor controls, excellent customers’ service and feedback to Management on the Quality status of the Organisation.

Mr. Goel graduated in commerce and has completed his CA in 1993. He is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He carries 19 years of experience with him. He started his career with manufacturing sector and later enriched it thorough exposure in Corporate Finance & Accounts, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Banking & Treasury, Insurance, Costing, Information Technology, ERP Implementation etc. working in various senior positions with renowned companies.
Sh.Sanjeev K. Jha, GM – Plant Engineering
Mr. Jha had his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur and has shouldered Key responsibility in various organization of repute mainly in the Iron and Steel sector. He is responsible for maintenance, upgrading and modification activities related to all physical operating systems of plant facilities; developing and reviewing maintenance and safety systems and procedures, standards and guidelines; managing service and other contracts; In the Foundry, maintenance is key driver of productivity and Mr. Jha has a direct line role in ensuring maximum uptime of all equipments. In addition, he has the major responsibility of Energy conservations and coordination with external Electricity Boards & Exchanges.
Sh.Dinesh Dhiman, GM – Design & Development
Mr. Dhiman has done BE in Mechanical Engineering from B.I.T, Sindri (Dhanbad) in 1989. He has more than 22 years of experience in product and tooling development in foundries and other automotive component Industry. He is responsible for New Product Development, Continuous Improvements like Castings Weight Optimization / Yield Improvements and lead time reduction. He also supports expansions, induction of new technologies & processes in line with the global developments in the foundry industry
