Dr. P. Meganathan,Chief Operating Officer

Born in 1969, he is a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Labour Management, MBA in Finance & Systems and Doctorate in Turn-around Management. He started his career with Aggarwal Rubber Limited in 1987 and worked with organizations like Fenner India Limited, Standard Radiators Limited, Scanpoint Graphics Limited, Minda Industries Limited and Thai Summit Auto Limited. He spent most of his career in Auto Component Industry and has been in Top Management for the past 11 years. He came to DCM Engineering Limited in June 2008, with a rich experience of 21 years..

Dr. P. Meganathan has joined DCM Engineering as the Chief Operating officer to drive the Operations towards TQM Approach. He is responsible for inculcating the best concepts and practices across the Organization to establish TQM based robust systems. He is also responsible for setting-up the state-of-the-art World Class new Foundry in South India.
N. K. Rao,Vice President - QA

Born in the year 1953, he acquired his BE degree in Metallurgy from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in the year 1975. He started his career with BHEL in the year 1976 and has experience of over 30 years. Besides BHEL, he has worked at Senior Positions in various renowned corporate like Sundaram Clayton Limited, Hindustan Motors Limited and Kirloskar Brothers Limited.

Mr. N. K. Rao has joined DCM Engineering Limited in October 2006 as Vice President-TQM. He is responsible for developing & establishing Total Quality Management (TQM) based delivery systems; and building robust infrastructure, embracing latest technology architecture, to support the fast growing expectations of the customers.
Rajender Kumar Chopra,Vice President - Operations

Born in 1956, Graduated in Mechanical engineering from DayalBagh Engineering College, Agra in 1978. His career with DCM Engineering started with DCM Engineering started in 1978 as Graduate Engineer Trainee. Today with 28 years of experience he is responsible for Design and Development, Quality Management, Manufacturing of Pattern Tooling & Project Management, etc. He posses vital exposure to world class foundries in Europe, Far-East & USA.

As Sr.General Manager – Manufacturing, his responsibilities include New Product Development, continuous improvement, cost reduction, productivity, lead time reduction & quality improvement. He also researches on new demands of product profile and supports expansion, induction of new technologies and processes in line with latest global developments in the industry.
Bharatbhushan S. Wali,General Manager – Sales & Marketing

Born in 1964, acquired his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University in 1986 Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing & Finance) from Pune University in 1990.

He started his career in 1987 with the Automobile Industry and has worked in senior positions with renowned companies. As General Manager – Sales & Marketing, he is responsible for developing new markets, customer satisfaction, product mix, capacity utilization, delivery, logistics, pricing, market research, market development and new product development.
Sitanshu Pal,General Manager – Projects & Plant Engg.

Born in 1952, Sitanshu had his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer from MNR REC, Allahabad in 1976. He has 28 years of rich work experience in various capacities in design & Development, Maintenance and Project Management. He is responsible for selecting technology, understanding manufacturing systems, designing layouts; Project Planning - identifying and managing major risk factors & timeline development and review; contributing to design, and organizing logistics for new installations; Organizing and implementing equipment life cycle programs including overhaul or modification, installations, removal of equipment.

He is also responsible for plant maintenance, developing and reviewing maintenance and safety procedures, standards and guidelines; managing service and other contracts; preparing and managing budgets; selecting, training and supervising maintenance and other trades-people and improvement in plant performance.
